Had a season out but will be back this term.Cant wait for the buzz again. hope we get to race on the midland tracks again sometime in the future. with perhaps some midlands based drivers tempted to the v8s.i know paul wainwright will be out soon and he is from manchester area! see you all soon rob 2.

Will be good to have you back on track, the more the merrier! The thought of the V8s being able to race at Hednesford, Birmingham and Northampton is very exciting.

Hi country girl,
Thanx for the reply,we are going to try and make the opening wimbo.
I went to see Roley emms in cheltenham on sunday.He was going to race this year.But he suffered a stroke
a while ago which put paid to his plans.He is a fighter though and has no plans to sell his car (which is pete
guymers first car)and is making slow but good progress.

Hi country girl,
Had a bad last year health wise but rarin to go now! Not really done too much to the car apart from
new shockers and a tweaking of the front axle + poss new trailer. Will do the race engine early into
the season as well funds allowing! Do need to get fit though as too many spare ounces round the
middle at present (having trouble gettin into car).
