Hi all,
I think there shouldn't be a ban or something about following a car into the fence because it's a CONTACT formula there's going to be some kind of big crash.

What did every one else think of the meeting?

How many car were there?

Well done Daryl Harris on the championship win!
It sounded like a good meeting with a big grid!

Cheers.
Jack

The original post is referring to an isolated incident. You cannot come to the conclusion that it was a bad meeting because one driver feels that another driver should be banned because of one incident within the meeting. I wasn't there so I can't comment any further.

i was on the understanding a follow in was when the car behind was on the rear bumper of the car hitting the fence.

Hi Simon,

Hows your arm?, talking about follow ins what about pushing a car flat out into a parked one especially at Ippy!
We couldnt get the car past our garage its so bent and the steering has a mind of its own!
Cant really remember too much about the day though my 2 brain cells must have collided.
Chris says your crew and the Moss lads helped to try and get the car straight so thanks to you all for that, we will be at Wimbledon as we will weld the chassis and put the axles where they should be.
Thanks again

no im not junior and im glad simon pointed out that the 99 car was not on 27s bumper when he went in, in fact quite a distance away.maybe david will see sense and retract his statement. after all you might be the current world champion , but it doesnt mean you can come out with these brash statements, as you have discovered in the past. ie the administrator getting involved.and one last thought have you been a good world champion. ill let you decide

hi rob
yeh my arm has a nice size lump, so does my foot an one nice seatbelt mark on my shoulder, im not commenting on pushing ppl into parked cars.but it seems to be acceptable to some. Yeh my car is currently in the garage with the side irons being cut off with both axles needing some work to get them straight again. hopefully getting it all sorted and ready for the world final. how are you, you looked quiet dazed on the track when i came over to see if you were awake.

Hi All.

Sound's like I missed a meeting with some controversy.

Hope no one's damage is too bad that it stops them from making the world final.

Hope both the driver & the no 27 car are ok, & I hope no 7 is at the final as it could be as good as last years.

Well done to Daryl Harris & Bill Chance.

Regards to all.

Hi Simon,
was a bit stunned in the car, and have a massive headache and stiff neck but ok and able to work, the car looks worse the more we look at it but we will defineately make wimbledon with a bit of work.
Hope your arm will be ok as i thought you had broken it! Shocked
Once again thanks to those of you that helped in the pits and see you at wimbo

That would be great news if we got more people in the formula.
Carlos Maidana?
Robert George?
Anyone else?

Hi Simon,
I'd love to race with you guys but im only 15, but definitely in the future!

My dad (mjg) is seriously thinking about racing with the V8's, but before committing he wants to see what the future holds with the promoters. We're looking at suitable towing vehicles at the moment.

Cheers.
Jack.
